How do you know you order is confirmed? 

Once you have placed an order, you will receive a message and an email confirming the same. 

 

Can you modify the items in your order? 

No, you cannot modify the items in your order. However, you can place a new order for items you want, in case you want to remove certain items, contact us at support@bakedbeauty.in  

 

How can I track my order? 

You can track your order on Shiprocket Courier/Order Tracking - Track Orders & Shipments using your order number, AWB & mobile, number.

How long will my order take to deliver?  

We try to deliver your order as soon as possible. However, it usually takes up to 5-7 working days to get it delivered. Unforeseen circumstances like bad weather, etc may take longer.   

 

Does Oscar reserve the right to cancel my order? 

Yes, the brand reserves the right to change/withdraw/cancel/revoke any offer without prior information or knowledge to the customer.   

 

How can I cancel my order?  

You can cancel the order only before the order has been dispatched/shipped or within 24 hours of placing the order, if the same has not already been dispatched/shipped. Once the order has been dispatched/shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. Write to us at support@bakedbeauty.in for assistance.
